Industrial Loads (Spot Loads)

We offer spot bookings for local, regional, and US-based shipments, featuring a distinctive time-based pricing structure for quotes and invoicing. To prevent expedited charges, we recommend booking loads in advance as indicated. Don't forget to inquire about discounts available for return bookings!

Ironman/Bike Event Service

Starting @ $100/bike

Roundtrip, hand-delivery, fully-assembled bike transport service for most US-based Ironman triathlons or gravel races. Bikes are individually wrapped, and secured with expert care. Events reserved by advanced booking. Group-based pricing tiers: 2-3 = $200, 4-5 = $175, 6-7 = $150, 8+ = $100 per bike rate.

Customized Pricing

Unique, high-value, or oddly shaped shipments are welcome by appointment! We provide urgent and non-urgent MEDICAL COURIER services. Live animal transport (pets only), climate-sensitive items, funeral home/casket transfers, antiques, musical instruments & equipment! Due to the specialized nature of this service, please contact us directly for your fast and free customized transport quote.

Service Adder Charges

Here's our comprehensive list of service adders that may be applied to the final invoice. These fees will be applied, unless noted, to ensure we continue to best serve the agreed-upon schedule, and preserve our time and equipment.

Heavy-Duty

$100

A per-load fee applied when exceeding the selected service weight range. We don't charge by package weight, but this compensates for increased fuel consumption and wear and tear with heavy-duty loads.

Hand Loading/Unloading

$50

A per-use fee applied when our Transport Specialist has to load or unload your shipment. OSHA limitations apply. Includes hand cart/dolly and ramp usage.

Unloaded Return Mileage (Deadhead)

$0.25/mi

A mileage adder applied to "Go-Now!" Expediting or Spot Load Bookings. Only applies to return mileage >100 miles. Adder is waived if a return load is booked before pickup or within 12 hours of scheduled delivery.

Fragile or Irregular Items

$50

A per-load fee applied for fragile or irregularly shaped items or packaging that would require specific handling or securement. Assessed when use of moving blankets, extensive strapping, load spacers, or climate control is required.
